G and I visited Fabulous Las Vegas in late August / early September 2024,. With us spending G’s birthday in Vegas, I wanted to make it a really special day for her and we planned to go for a fancy breakfast to start our day.
Sadelle’s is based in the Bellagio Hotel, nestled within the Conservatory and Botanical Garden area. It is decked out inside to look like a fancy parisian tea room, with the waiting staff dressed very smartly in colorful suits and blazers.
We ordered pancakes (blueberry for G) and eggs Benedict for me with a side of hash browns as G told me that apparently they are renowned for being so good - and she was right! Washed down with orange juice for G and a latte for me, G was also presented with a glass of champagne as it was her birthday, as I (of course) had told them this when making the booking. Unfortunately they also presented us with a beautiful cake complete with candle but after such a feast of a breakfast we really didn’t have any room left!
I have to say the service here was impeccable with the staff being attentive but not too intrusive. There was no long wait for your food either which was surprising given how busy they were.

To book Sadelles was quite the mission! You can only book via their website and no more than 30 days ahead of time - this meant that on 31st July / 1st August I woke up at 7am to make my reservation as soon as it was midnight in Vegas just to secure tha spot I wanted at 9.30am! A month later! The slots are like absolute gold dust here and although you can turn up and queue, I would rather book in advance and guarantee a seat.
We spent an enjoyable 90 minutes or so over breakfast here and if I re-visit Vegas in the future I would definitely do this again - it was a very novel experience. Pricey at around $90 for breakfast, it was thoroughly enjoyable and as it was a birthday treat I really didn’t mind.
